Meet Our Staff
Managing Director
Steve McGregor
Steve is a busy owner manager with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He graduated from Heriot-Watt University in 1991 with a degree in Construction obtaining his CIOB membership later that year.
In his career, he has worked for Taylor Wimpey, Barratts and Shanly Homes before focusing on his own construction and development companies.
Steve's knowledge of the design, plannng and construction process is extensive. He takes the time to find out how our customers intend to use their properties and will propose ways to achieve a fantastic result.
Steve is married with 3 grown up children, and lives in Hampshire.
Site Manager
Mo
Mo came to work with McGregors in 2015 as a trainee site operative. He has progressed rapidly through his training and can always be relied upon to work out how a job can be achieved - known by the team as "the Egyptian Way".
Mo's has become a trusted and reliable member of the team and may well be the face of McGregor's running your project onsite.
Mo was brought up in Egypt and came to the UK after meeting his wife. They live in Hampshire with their beautiful dog Buddi.
Project Manager
Arran Treacher-Evans
Arran joined McGregors in 2015, having set his mind on becoming a project manager. He is the first line of contact that you will have with McGregors as he leads you through the planning and construction process.
Arran graduated with a degree in Construction Management with UCEM in 2021.
He can frequently be found onstage at the Haslemere Hall playing roles such as Che from Evita or Buttons from Cinderella.
Site Operator
James McGregor
James has been working for McGregors all his life, sometimes against his will.
He has recently rejoined the company after spending two years in Australia. He jumped straight back into work gaining his NVQ in Bricklaying. James is also responsible for a lot of our marketing and advertising, although he'll also be out on site working hard on our projects.

Josh
Josh joined the company in early 2021.
He has learnt a lot in his time with the company spending a lot of time shadowing Mo and learning the trade. He's got a solid work ethic and puts in the hard work to always complete projects to a high standard.

Ben
Ben has been working for the company since 2021.
He's been a great addition to the team and always works hard to get the job done. He has had some machine operating experience before joining the team, but he has learnt the building trade whilst working with us and continues to grow his knowledge as he works.
Ben has never had any problems with the shovel work on site as he also used to be a gravedigger.

Colin
Colin joined the company in early 2022.
He has previously worked for himself and recently became a more regular part of the team working with us full time. He's brought plenty of experience to the team and can crack on with work wherever he's needed.
In his spare time Colin also has a drone and has even taken some clips and pictures that we make use of too.

Jason joined the company in 2021.
He has previously worked for himself and became a more regular part of the team working with us full time. He's got a lot of years experience in the trade and works well within our team to gice our clients the best work possible.

Dan joined the company in mid 2022.
He has previously worked for himself and recently became a more regular part of the team working with us full time. He's been working in the building industry for some years and capably deals with any tasks that we have for him on site.

Finance Director
Fiona McGregor
Fiona is an owner manager of the McGregor group, and runs the finance function for the group.
She is a chartered accountant who as well as running the finance function of McGregors she also runs her own separate accounting practice locally in the village of Grayshott.
In her spare time, Fiona is also involved with local theatre groups.
Office Staff
Joseph Campbell
Joe joined the company in mid 2022.
Joe joined the company part time to take on some of the admin tasks as well as the accounts for the company as part of his training.
In his spare time Joe is into his photography particularly Motorsport but also enjoying the stunning Surrey & Hampshire countryside.
