We carry out the building work on our own development sites, maintain group properties and undertake extensions, conversions, renovations & new builds for private individuals and other organisations.
We have over 30 years experience in construction and property related industries. We provide a high level of service to homeowners and businesses across the south east of England, catering for all their construction and maintenance needs. Our aim is to offer a stress free, fully project managed service to our clients. Every project is tailored to the clients’ individual needs & budget.

Stephen McGregor
Steve is our experienced owner & manager with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He graduated from Heriot-Watt University in 1991 with a degree in Construction obtaining his CIOB membership later that year.
In his career, he has worked for Taylor Wimpey, Barratts and Shanly Homes before focusing on his own construction and development companies.
Steve's knowledge of the design, planning and construction process is extensive. He takes the time to find out how our customers intend to use their properties and will propose ways to achieve a fantastic result.
